Kimberly MacConaugha is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner-Board Certified in Primary Care, holding a Pediatric Mental Health Specialist Certification. Ms. Kim earned her Associate's in Nursing from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2004. Her nursing career commenced in the Emergency Department at Arkansas Children’s Hospital, where she developed a passion for pediatric care. She subsequently obtained her Master's in Nursing from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2012, specializing as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. In 2023, she achieved Certification of Full Independent Practice.

Ms. Kim began her career as a Pediatric Primary Care Provider in a private clinic in Searcy, AR, where she practiced for six years. In 2018, she joined the inpatient hospitalist team at Arkansas Children’s. She returned to private clinical practice in 2021, driven by her commitment to pediatric patients and their families in a primary care setting. Her areas of expertise encompass, but are not limited to, preventive medicine, breastfeeding support, failure to thrive, developmental delays, special needs such as Autism and complex care patients, gastrointestinal issues, behavioral problems, ADHD, and the foster care population. The identified need for pediatric care and community opportunities in Cabot, AR, prompted the establishment of Cabot Health & Wellness.

Ms. Kim has been a military spouse for over 20 years and has three sons and two daughters. She and her husband are former foster and adoptive parents, actively serving their community through their church, NLC, and are involved with many extracurricular activities with their children. Outside of her professional endeavors, Ms. Kim dedicates her time to family, outdoor activities, and community service. Chloe Baldwin is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner-Board Certified in Primary Care. Ms. Chloe earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2015 and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2020. Her nursing career commenced in 2015 at Arkansas Children's Hospital in the Infant, Toddler Unit, where she acquired extensive experience in the care of pediatric patients presenting with failure to thrive, rule-out sepsis in newborns, airway malformations, and respiratory distress, among other conditions. Ms. Chloe began her tenure as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Cabot Health & Wellness in 2023.

Her areas of expertise encompass, but are not limited to, failure to thrive, complex medical patients, breastfeeding support, Autism, special needs patients, and the foster care community. Ms. Chloe is married to a Cabot firefighter and is the mother of two daughters and two sons; her family actively participates in activities at First Baptist Church of Cabot. The Baldwins are former foster and adoptive parents.

In her leisure time, Ms. Chloe enjoys spending time with her family, engaging in outdoor activities, and caring for their horses. Chelsea Hawley is a Board Certified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner holding a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. She earned both her BSN in 2011 and her DNP in 2023 from the University of Central Arkansas. Ms. Chelsea has accrued extensive nursing experience, having cared for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She commenced her career as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner in a community clinic before joining Cabot Health & Wellness in 2024. Ms. Chelsea's areas of expertise encompass, but are not limited to, preventative medicine, chronic illness management, hypertension, gastrointestinal issues, women’s health, and mental health management.

A native of Cabot, she is a graduate of Cabot High School. Her husband is an educator in Cabot, and she is dedicated to serving the community through Cabot Health & Wellness. They are parents to one daughter and two sons, and owners of three dogs, which keep them actively engaged.
